PP Fiber, also known as Polypropylene Fiber, is a high-performance synthetic fiber made from 100% polypropylene through a special manufacturing process. It is widely used as a reinforcing material in concrete and mortar to improve strength, durability, and crack resistance.
Main Functions
Crack Resistance: Effectively prevents micro-cracks caused by plastic shrinkage, temperature changes, and dry shrinkage.
Reinforcement: Increases the tensile and flexural strength of concrete, enhancing its toughness and impact resistance.
Durability Improvement: Reduces water permeability and enhances the freeze-thaw resistance of concrete structures.
Anti-Seepage and Anti-Abrasion: Improves waterproofing and wear resistance, especially in harsh environments.
