HPMC PVC Grade is a high-performance non-ionic cellulose ether, serving as a critical dispersant and stabilizer in PVC resin manufacturing, especially for suspension polymerization. As a dispersant, HPMC effectively disperses vinyl chloride monomer (VCM) droplets, controls PVC particle size distribution, and prevents agglomeration via its protective colloid effect, ensuring uniform and regular resin granules with good flowability. As a stabilizer, it enhances polymerization system stability, reduces reactor fouling, and improves the thermal stability of PVC powder, minimizing melt friction and decomposition during processing.
