Defoamer

Powder Defoamer is a high-efficiency foam control additive used in dry mix mortar, gypsum, and cement-based systems. It solves air entrainment problems caused by modern additives like HPMC, RDP, and PCE, which stabilize bubbles during mixing.

Excess foam leads to reduced strength, lower density, surface defects, and unstable workability. Powder Defoamer works by breaking foam films, reducing surface tension, and promoting air release during mixing and setting.

Compared with liquid types, powder defoamer offers better compatibility, storage stability, and suitability for dry mix production systems.
